Trossard joined the Gunners from Brighton during this transfer window. He made his debut for Arsenal in their 3-2 win over Manchester United. The Gunners newcomer replaced Gabriel Martinelli at the 82nd minute. Mikel Arteta’s side continue to lead the league table with five points ahead of second placed Manchester City. Trossard caught the eye of the Gunners playing for the Premier League rivals Brighton. He is also part of the Belgium international team that participated in the World Cup 2022 in Qatar. Gunners have now completed the transfer of the 28-year-old Brighton star, signing a long-term deal with him.
