Simona Halep: The last few years have been very difficult

I have great memories from 2019. It’s always nice to come back to Wimbledon.” Before the first match, I was a bit nervous, but now I just want to enjoy myself. Very happy to be playing here again.

The last few years have been really tough. A series of injuries, insecurity, the world situation… But now I love tennis again. I love being on the court and I love my job.
